About the Fresh Hay Bank

This site, “Fresh Hay Bank,” is a crowdfunding platform that makes it easy to deliver delicious fresh hay to retired horses and horses of merit.

■How the Service Works

Information about horses provided by our users is posted on our site after verification by our staff. To ensure the safety of the horses and their farms, we do not disclose the names or addresses of the farms where they are located.

■How to Purchase

①Send fresh hay
We will send one box (5kg) of fresh hay to the designated horse.
Each box provides approximately two meals.
※If the horse in question has no appetite, cannot finish its meal, or is eating alongside others, other horses from the same pasture may eat it.

②Subscription
Once a month, we deliver the specified number of boxes of fresh hay to your horse.
※If the horse in question has no appetite, cannot finish its meal, or is eating alongside others, other horses from the same pasture may eat it.

③One-time purchase
This system allows you to purchase ¥2,000 worth of fresh hay (¥6,000 per box as of September 2022). One box will be gifted to the designated horse once three purchases are collected. It's a system where everyone cooperates to deliver fresh hay.
※If the horse in question has no appetite, cannot finish its meal, or is eating alongside others, other horses from the same pasture may eat it.

■Regarding Fresh Hay Shipments

Each ranch informs us of the maximum daily amount of hay they can accept, and we ship quantities that won't go to waste based on this information.
Therefore, if orders concentrate on a particular horse, please understand that shipping may be delayed by a few days.
Once shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email and inform you when the hay has arrived at the horse's location.
